Django Django - Storm / The Stone Roses - Fool's Gold

A while ago I've introduced here this great new Scottish act called Django Django.
They have their brand new debut album out now and they just released their second single off it.

There's something about this Django Django video, and the way they wonder the hills in psychedelic colors, that reminds me of this classic video by The Stone Roses for 'Fool's Gold'.

Django Django

Originally from Edinburgh, now based in London, this band has something very Scottish to them indeed.I guess they are like the nerdier version of Franz Ferdinand.

After circling the British indie scene for a couple of years, they have just put out their debut album.

Here's a few good examples

And this surfy bit with it's funny video
